Die Zeit vergeht einfach so schnell, bald bin ich ein Jahr lang Mama! Hier wieder mein monatliches Update.
Time goes by so fast, soon I’ll be a mom for a full year! Here is my monthly update for you.
9 Monate Baby sein / Being a baby 9 months
Kleidergröße: 80
Clothing size: 80
Lieblingsbeschäftigung: Stehen und gehen – immer noch. Auch immer noch an der Hand, alleine zieht er sich hoch, aber alles am liebsten an der Hand. Und durch die Wohnung auf Entdeckungsreise gehen – wenn es ruhig wird weiß ich, er hat etwas interessantes gefunden.
Favourite activity: Standing up and walking – still. Only holding our hands, he stands up alone, but walks only on our hands. And going on expedition through the flat – when its getting quiet I know he found something interesting.
Das mag ich gar nicht: Immer noch liegen. Sobald man ihn hinlegt setzt er sich auf 😉
I don’t like: Still lying down. When you lay him down he sits up 😉
Was ich diesen Monat gelernt habe: es geht alles zügiger, also umdrehen, hinsetzen, aufziehen etc. Und er kann mit mir kommunizieren, also wir haben unsere Laute/Gesten für bestimmte Dinge, das ist echt toll, ich freu mich schon, wenn das noch mehr wird.
What I learned this month: everything goes more easily, rolling around, sitting up, pulling up etc. And we can communicate now, we have our sounds/gestures for specific things, thats really great and I’m looking forward to communicating even more.
Meine liebsten Spielsachen: immer noch gleich: Klopfbrett aus Budapest, Metalldeckel, Mamas Backpinsel (Danke für den Tipp unter diesem Post!), Bauklötze – und alles was kein Spielzeug ist!
My favorite toys: still the same: a wooden knocking board (where you knock things with a little hammer), metal lids, mums pastry brush (thanks for the tipp under this post!!), toy blocks – and everything thats not a toy.
Was ich diesen Monat unternommen habe: ein paar Picknicks, Besuch im Zoo, erster Polterabend (ok, nur am Anfang, aber trotzdem ;-)), eine Wanderung, Gartenbesuche
What I did this month: some picnics, trip to the zoo, first bachelor party (ok, only the beginning, but anyway ;-)), a hike, visits to our garden
Zähne: 3
Teeth: 3
Töpfchentraining: Funktioniert immer noch gut, obwohl wir ein paar Tage hatten, an denen er plötzlich gar nicht mehr aufs Töpfchen wollte. Warum weiß ich nicht, jetzt funktioniert es wieder, am besten nach wie vor in der Früh.
Potty training: Still going strong, although we had some days when he just didn’t want to go to the potty. I still don’t know why, but now its working again, best in the morning.
9 Monate Eltern sein / Being parents for 9 months
Neue Erkenntnisse: Unser Sohn wird immer süßer!! Hätte nicht gedacht, dass das geht!
New insights: Our boy gets cuter every day! I didn’t think thats possible, but it is!
Dafür fehlt die Zeit: Momentan klappt eigentlich wieder alles ganz gut, ich hatte 2 Abende alleine außer Haus, das hat mir supergut getan und reicht wohl wieder für eine Weile.
There’s not enough time to: Everything good at the moment. I had 2 evenings out alone, which recharged my batteries and I think thats enough for a while.
Glückliche Momente: Immer wenn er lacht 😉 Und wenn er nur zu mir will.
Happy moments: Each time he is laughing 😉 And when he only wants me, nothing/nobody else.
Das freut die Mama: Das er richtig gesprächig wird (noch freut mich das, ich weiß, wird sich ändern, haha)
Mama loves:That he loves „talking“ (I know, I won’t like that forever, but right now its cute)
Nächte/Schlaf: Meistens immer noch 10-12h am Stück, wobei er momentan gerade anfangs noch ein paar Mal aufwacht nach kurzer Zeit. Ich glaube es liegt an den Zähnen, oder daran, dass er gerade viel lernt?! Egal, Hauptsache dann schläft er lange, also von mir aus kann es so bleiben!! Ach ja, die Schläfchen unter Tags sind wenig und kurz, 1-2 Stück, meist ungefähr 30 Minuten. (Einmal gab es einen Ausreißer, 3h, na da hab ich geschaut ;-))
Nights/Sleep: Mostly 10-12h at once, although he wakes up a lot at the beginning at the moment. I think its teething or that he’s learning so much at the moment?! It doesn’t matter, as long as he is sleeping a long stretch at night everything is good. Naps are not many and short, 1-2 a day, mostly 30 minutes. (Once it was 3h, I couldn’t believe it!)
Essen: Nicht viel neues, immer noch BLW, immer noch verliebt. Ab und zu wenn wir woanders essen sind alle erstaunt wie gut er das macht und wie viel er isst. Das freut mich immer sehr!! Er hat augenscheinlich Spaß am Essen und nimmt genug zu sich, so soll es sein. Ich stille noch 3x ca, also morgens, irgendwann unter tags und abends.
Food: Nothing new, still BLW, still in love. Sometimes when we eat with friends they are surprised how great he does it and how much he eats. I’m always beaming with pride, he has fun eating and gains weight, thats how it should be. I’m still nursing about 3 times, in the morning, sometimes during the day and at night.
